DJI Care Refresh \u00e8 un servizio di protezione per il tuo dispositivo che, a fronte di un piccolo costo aggiuntivo, ti offre due sostituzioni all’anno per le apparecchiature danneggiate. Copre, tra le altre cose, i danni causati da urti o dal contatto del prodotto con l’acqua. L’hardware danneggiato verr\u00e0 quindi sostituito con hardware nuovo o equivalente. DJI Care Refresh pu\u00f2 essere attivato una sola volta entro 30 giorni dall’attivazione (primo avvio) del dispositivo. \u00c8 anche possibile estendere la protezione acquistando un piano aggiuntivo di un anno (fino a due volte, per un totale di 3 anni di copertura). Inoltre, durante il periodo di validit\u00e0 del servizio, si applica la garanzia ufficiale del produttore.<\/span>

Users of devices such as the DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, Osmo Action 3, DJI Avata, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine, and DJI Action 2 can get additional benefits. If you don't use the Care Refresh service even once during the valid period, you will receive a one-year warranty extension free of charge.<\/span>

1. Activate the code at: https:\/\/support.dji.com\/care\/active.<\/span><\/p>\n

When an accident occurs<\/h3>\n

1. L’utente segnala il malfunzionamento e invia l’apparecchiatura al centro assistenza DJI in Germania, allegando una nota in cui dichiara di aver acquistato DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair estimate and, based on this, decides whether to carry out the repair\/replacement for a fee or via DJI Care Refresh.
3) After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another unit.
4. The replaced product will be shipped to the user with free priority shipping.<\/p>\n

DJI Care Refresh does not cover<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

1) Lost or partially lost equipment.<\/span>
2) Stolen or abandoned product.<\/span>
3) Additional accessories.<\/span>
4) Intentional loss of the product.<\/span>
5) Damage to the case that does not affect the functioning of the product.<\/span>
6) Direct or indirect damages caused by force majeure events.<\/span>
7) Defects that occur outside the DJI Care Refresh period.<\/span>
8) Additional costs related to updating the model and improving its performance.<\/span>
9) Defects resulting from making modifications that do not comply with the recommendations contained in the User Manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.<\/span>
