DJI Care Refresh Service Protection<\/h3>\n

DJI Care Refresh offers protection for your device, with two replacements for damaged equipment within one year for a small additional fee. This coverage includes damage resulting from impacts or water contact, among other causes. The damaged equipment will be replaced with a new or equivalent unit. DJI Care Refresh can be activated within 30 days of activating the device (first power on). You can also extend the protection by purchasing an additional annual plan (up to two times, for a total of 3 years). Furthermore, the official manufacturer's warranty remains valid during the service period.<\/span><\/strong> <\/p>\n

For DJI Pocket 2 camera users, the cost of the first replacement under the DJI Care Refresh program is PLN 149, while the second costs PLN 199.*<\/p>\n

How to activate DJI Care Refresh<\/h3>\n

1. Activate the code at: https:\/\/support.dji.com\/care\/active<\/a> .
2. During the activation process, enter the Care Refresh code, the device serial number (found on the product) and the details of the person performing the activation (name, email address).
3. DJI Care Refresh will be automatically activated and assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive an email confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation. Your device is now protected! <\/p>\n

In case of accidents<\/h3>\n

1. The user reports the problem and sends the equipment to the German DJI Service Center, indicating that the DJI Care Refresh service is active.
2. The user receives a repair quote and decides whether to proceed with a paid repair\/replacement or use DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays for the replacement and receives a different unit.
4. The replaced product will be delivered to the user with free and priority shipping. <\/p>\n

DJI Care Refresh Exclusions<\/h3>\n

DJI Care Refresh does not cover:
1) Lost or partially lost equipment.
2) Stolen or abandoned products.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of the product.
5) External damage that does not compromise the functionality of the product.
6) Damages caused by force majeure events.
7) Defects that occur outside the DJI Care Refresh period.
8) Additional costs related to model updates or improvements.
9) Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Damage resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.<\/p>\n

Possibility to extend coverage*<\/h3>\n

Users also have the option to extend coverage up to 3 years. To do so, simply purchase an additional annual plan.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • If you have an annual DJI Care Refresh plan, you can extend your coverage twice by purchasing two additional annual plans:<\/span> annual plan + annual plan + annual plan<\/strong> .<\/span><\/li>\n
  • If you have a two-year plan, you can extend your coverage once by purchasing an additional annual plan:<\/span> two-year plan + annual plan<\/strong> .<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Note: You cannot extend your coverage by purchasing an additional 2-year plan.<\/span><\/p>\n

    To extend insurance coverage, certain conditions must be met:<\/span><\/p>\n
