DJI Care Refresh+ is a twelve-month extension of the basic insurance offered by DJI for its products. During the term, you can request a replacement for a damaged device for a small additional fee.<\/span> Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, please make sure you already have DJI Care Refresh insurance for your device.<\/span><\/strong><\/span> <\/p>\n

Damage caused by operator error, contact with water, drops, or signal interference during use is covered.<\/span><\/strong><\/span> <\/p>\n

When an accident occurs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

1. The user reports the malfunction and sends the product to DJI Support with a note indicating the presence of the DJI Care Refresh+ service.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

2. The user receives a repair estimate and, based on this, decides whether to have the repair\/replacement carried out for a fee or via DJI Care Refresh+.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

(3) After selecting DJI Care Refresh+, the user pays a fee<\/span><\/strong><\/span> .<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

4. The replaced or repaired product will be delivered to the user with the highest priority. Shipping costs will be paid by DJI.<\/span><\/strong><\/span> <\/p>\n

(1) Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, please make sure that DJI Care Refresh for your device is still active and that you have at least one replacement left.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

2. After purchasing and assigning DJI Care Refresh+ to your device, you will receive a service contract via email. DJI Care Refresh+ will be associated with your device and will take effect within 24 hours.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

(3) The replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh+ is valid for one year and will not begin until the DJI Care Refresh expires. The product warranty period is extended immediately upon receipt of the DJI Care Refresh+ service contract.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

4) DJI Care Refresh+ and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the benefits offered by DJI Care Refresh+ are only valid in the region where it was purchased.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

5. When you return your equipment for a DJI Care Refresh+ replacement, the replacement unit will be new or equivalent to new in appearance and performance.<\/span><\/strong><\/span> <\/p>\n
