When accidents happen<\/h3>\n
1. The user reports the defect and sends the model to the German DJI Service Center with a note indicating that the DJI Care Refresh service has been activated.<\/br> 2. The user receives a repair estimate and, based on this, decides whether to carry out the repair\/replacement for a fee or via DJI Care Refresh.<\/br> 3. After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays a fee of PLN 209 for the first replacement, PLN 249 for the second, PLN 319 for the third, or PLN 769 for the Flyaway service and receives a new product or one with no signs of use.<\/br> 4. The replaced product will be delivered to the user with free priority shipping. <\/p>\n

2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in unsuitable weather conditions.

6) Damage to the casing that does not affect the functioning of the product.
7) Direct or indirect damages caused by force majeure events.
8) Defects that occur outside the DJI Care Refresh period.
9) Additional costs related to updating the model and improving its performance.
