When an accident occurs<\/h3>\n
1. The user reports the malfunction and sends the equipment to the German DJI Service Center, enclosing a note specifying that the DJI Care Refresh service has been activated.
2. The user receives a repair estimate and, based on this, decides whether to repair\/replace the device for a fee or via DJI Care Refresh.
3) After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another unit.
4. The replaced product will be shipped to the user with free priority shipping. <\/p>\n

DJI Care Refresh does not cover<\/h3>\n
1) A lost or partially lost camera.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of the product.
5) Damage to the casing that does not affect the functioning of the product.
6) Direct or indirect damages caused by force majeure events.
7) Defects that occur outside the DJI Care Refresh period.
8) Additional costs related to updating the model and improving its performance.
9) Defects resulting from making modifications that do not comply with the recommendations contained in the User Manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.<\/p>\n
