Innovo Group – Vonino Italia Srl ships orders to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase process.
Available shipping costs and methods are shown in the cart or during checkout before final confirmation of the order.
The times indicated for delivery are an estimate, without prejudice to any binding terms expressly indicated and the rights recognised to the Consumer by current legislation.

Delivery control

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you immediately check:

• the integrity of the packaging;
• the absence of obvious damage;
• the number of packages;
• the correspondence of the products received.

If there is visible damage to the packaging, we recommend accepting the shipment, indicating a specific reservation to the courier and describing the problem encountered.
This does not limit the rights granted to the Consumer by law.

Legal guarantee

For purchases made by consumers, new products sold by Vonino Italia Srl benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery, as provided for by the Consumer Code.

What to do in case of a defective product

Contact our support team indicating:

• order number;
• product concerned;
• description of the problem;
• any photographs or videos useful for identifying the defect.

Support will provide the necessary instructions for managing the request.
In the event of a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee, the Consumer is entitled to the remedies provided by law, including, when the conditions apply, repair or replacement free of charge and, where applicable, price reduction or termination of the contract.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Some products may also benefit from a commercial guarantee provided by the manufacturer.
This guarantee is additional to the legal guarantee and does not limit the Consumer's rights towards Vonino Italia Srl.

For purchases made by Professional Customers, the provisions of the Civil Code and any specifically agreed commercial conditions apply.
