Service protection with DJI Care Refresh

DJI Care Refresh is a protection service for your drone that, for a small additional fee, offers you two replacements of damaged equipment within one year, covering damage caused by, among other things, impacts or contact with water. The damaged equipment will then be replaced with a new or equivalent product. The service package can be activated once within 48 hours of the drone's activation (first launch) or at a later time after sending a verification video to DJI.

For DJI Mini 3 series drones, the cost of the first replacement under the DJI Care Refresh program is PLN 289. The cost of the second replacement is PLN 349. The cost of the Flyaway service is PLN 1149*.

How to activate DJI Care Refresh

1. The code must be activated at the following address: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process you will have to enter the contents of the Care Refresh code, the serial number of your device (which you can find directly on the product) and the data of the person activating the Package (name, email address).
3. The service package will be activated and automatically assigned to the corresponding region. You will receive an email confirming the activation of DJI Care Refresh. Your drone is now safe!

You can also assign DJI Care Refresh to your product 48 hours after activation. To do so, you must send the manufacturer a verification video showing the device's status. Detailed information and an example video are available at https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload.

When an accident occurs

The process for managing an incident is extremely simple. Simply report the incident and send the damaged equipment to DJI's warranty service, specifying that you use DJI Care Refresh. Once you receive a repair estimate, you can choose whether to proceed with the repair or opt for a replacement through the Care Refresh service. In the latter case, simply pay the applicable fee: the replacement device will be shipped with priority, and if you are located in the same region where you purchased DJI Care Refresh, the shipping costs will be covered by the manufacturer!

1. The user reports the fault and sends the drone to the German DJI Service Center, attaching a note specifying that the DJI Care Refresh service has been activated.
2. The user receives a repair estimate and, based on this, decides whether to have the repair/replacement carried out for a fee or via DJI Care Refresh.
3. Once DJI Care Refresh is selected, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another unit or new spare parts, such as gimbal, camera, propellers.
4. The replacement product will be shipped to you with priority and free shipping.

Cases covered by DJI Care Refresh

By purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone from, among other things, crashes, drowning, collisions, or accidents caused by interference with the drone's signal. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by operator negligence.

• Collision.
• Drowning (A condition of this protection is that the damaged drone is delivered to the manufacturer's service center).
• Collapse.

DJI Care Refresh does not cover

1) Lost or partially lost drone, gimbal, or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in unsuitable weather conditions.
4) The transmitter and additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Damage to the casing that does not affect the functioning of the product.
7) Direct or indirect damages caused by force majeure.
8) Defects that occur outside the DJI Care Refresh period.
9) Additional costs for updating the model and improving its performance.
10) Defects resulting from modifications not compliant with the recommendations in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
