RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Purchases made by Consumers

You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of your wish to cancel an online purchase, without having to provide a reason.
In the case of an order consisting of multiple products delivered separately, the deadline starts from the receipt of the last product.

How to request a withdrawal

You can exercise your right of withdrawal through:

the “Withdraw from the contract” function available on the site;
a communication to the email address [EMAIL RETURNS];
the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.

Please indicate at least:

name and surname;
order number;
product or products you wish to return;
an email address to which we can confirm receipt of your request.

We will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal request.

Return

After having communicated the withdrawal, you must send the product within 14 days to:

The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer, unless otherwise communicated by us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and packaging the product appropriately.

Returned product conditions

You may open and inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
If the product is used or handled beyond what is necessary for such verification and this causes a decrease in its value, the Consumer may be responsible for such decrease.

Reimbursement

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amounts received, including any standard delivery costs.
Any surcharges due to choosing a more expensive delivery service than the standard one will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the product back or you provide proof of postage, whichever is earlier.

Excluded products

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including, where applicable, customized products and certain categories of sealed products opened after delivery.
Any exclusions will be indicated before purchase.

B2B customers

The 14-day right of withdrawal provided for by the Consumer Code does not apply to purchases made as part of a professional or entrepreneurial activity.
Any B2B returns must be previously authorized by Vonino Italia Srl.
