Description
ELEGOO OrangeStorm Giga 3D printer
The ELEGOO OrangeStorm Giga is a large industrial 3D printer designed for extremely complex projects. With its large workspace and advanced features, this device is ideal for professionals who need a reliable tool for producing large-format models. The OrangeStorm Giga opens up new possibilities in prototyping, architecture, industrial design, and manufacturing, allowing the creation of components that would require breaking down into smaller parts with other printers.

Maximum creative possibilities
If you need large-scale printing, the OrangeStorm Giga is the ideal choice. With a working area of 800 x 800 x 1000 mm, it allows you to create full-size models and saves you time by avoiding the hassle of cutting your projects into smaller pieces. Simply load the model and let the printer do the rest: a simpler and more efficient solution for large projects.

Fast and efficient platform heating
The OrangeStorm Giga heating platform is composed of four independent PEI tiles, each measuring 410 x 410 mm. The entire surface can be uniformly heated to 100°C in just 17 minutes, allowing for faster print starts and ensuring better model adhesion to the platform. The ability to automatically identify and heat only the active part of the platform also allows for significant energy savings.

Extreme printing speed
The OrangeStorm Giga features a powerful 64-bit quad-core processor that provides the stability and processing power needed for high-speed printing. With a maximum print speed of 300 mm/sec (with a recommended speed of 150 mm/sec), the OrangeStorm Giga is one of the fastest printers in its class, significantly reducing turnaround times for large projects.

Even more features
The OrangeStorm Giga supports simultaneous printing with four nozzles. You can print four copies of the same model using different colored filaments or the same material in a single run. This feature allows for multicolored models and increases production flexibility, particularly useful in commercial and industrial applications.

Efficient cooling
The OrangeStorm Giga printer features powerful cooling fans on both sides of the chassis to increase stability and print accuracy. Intelligent fan control allows the fans to shut down after printing, reducing energy consumption and noise, and extending the life of the device.

Reliable design and high-quality components
The OrangeStorm Giga is a robustly designed 3D printer, equipped with linear guides on the X and Y axes that increase print stability and precision of print head movement. The Z-axis is equipped with an advanced guide mechanism that ensures smooth and precise movement. Additionally, a sturdy steel base and non-slip feet ensure the device's stability during operation.

Advanced printhead with automatic calibration
The OrangeStorm Giga's print head can reach temperatures of up to 300°C, allowing for printing with a variety of materials such as PLA, PETG, TPU, and Nylon. The chromium-zirconium copper nozzle and 60W ceramic heater ensure uniform and precise material flow, while the PID calibration function and automatic resonance compensation further improve print quality and stability.
