Agile and precise print head
The K1 Max combines agility and precision with a lightweight 190g printhead, ensuring lower motion inertia. This innovative design enables faster and more precise printing, eliminating vibration and improving overall print quality. Additionally, an improved Z-axis with precise positioning minimizes Z-axis streaking, ensuring smooth and consistent layering.
Advanced Monitoring and LiDAR
The K1 Max revolutionizes the printing process by using a LiDAR with a resolution of 1 nanometer to scan the first layer and an AI camera to monitor the entire process. The device immediately reports errors such as "spaghetti failure" or the presence of foreign bodies, allowing for rapid intervention. A "spaghetti failure" is a print error resulting from the loss of adhesion of the printed object to its base, resulting in bundles of filament clumped together like spaghetti. The device alerts the user when the error occurs. The system allows you to monitor print progress in real time and create time-lapse videos.
Innovative technology for heating and cooling
The new K1 Max ceramic heater heats the filament to 200°C in just 40 seconds, and an additional 18W fan effectively improves cooling. Dual Cooling technology allows for complex bridges and overhangs without the need for supports, allowing models to harden before warping occurs.
Intelligent operating system
The K1 Max uses Creality's intelligent operating system, which offers a simple user interface and data and command synchronization with multiple devices and the cloud. Thanks to a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and 8 GB of ROM, the device supports high-speed printing and can store up to 400 models for efficient data writing and reading.
Ease of use and reliability
The Creality K1 Max comes assembled and calibrated, making it incredibly easy to get started. A single button press activates a self-test that checks all the main components, including the extruder, heated bed, camera, fan, and leveling.
