Trouble-free use for longer periods

DJI Care Refresh+ is a twelve-month extension of the basic insurance offered by DJI for its products. During the term, you can request a replacement for a damaged device for a small additional fee. Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, please make sure you already have DJI Care Refresh insurance for your device.

Damage coverage

Damage caused by operator error, contact with water, drops, or signal interference during use is covered.

When an accident occurs

1. The user reports the malfunction and sends the product to DJI Support with a note indicating the presence of the DJI Care Refresh+ service.

2. The user receives a repair estimate and, based on this, decides whether to have the repair/replacement carried out for a fee or via DJI Care Refresh+.

(3) After selecting DJI Care Refresh+, the user pays a fee .

4. The replaced or repaired product will be delivered to the user with the highest priority. Shipping costs will be paid by DJI.

Note

(1) Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, please make sure that DJI Care Refresh for your device is still active and that you have at least one replacement left.

2. After purchasing and assigning DJI Care Refresh+ to your device, you will receive a service contract via email. DJI Care Refresh+ will be associated with your device and will take effect within 24 hours.

(3) The replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh+ is valid for one year and will not begin until the DJI Care Refresh expires. The product warranty period is extended immediately upon receipt of the DJI Care Refresh+ service contract.

4) DJI Care Refresh+ and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the benefits offered by DJI Care Refresh+ are only valid in the region where it was purchased.

5. When you return your equipment for a DJI Care Refresh+ replacement, the replacement unit will be new or equivalent to new in appearance and performance.

Disclaimer

DJI Care Refresh+ does not cover:

1. Product lost or partially lost.

2. theft or abandonment of the product.

3. damage caused by use of the product in inappropriate weather conditions.

4. transmitter, additional accessories.

5. Intentional loss of the product.

6. Damage to the casing that does not affect the functioning of the product .

7. Direct or indirect damages caused by force majeure.

8. defects that occur outside the DJI Care Refresh+ validity period.

9. Additional expenses related to improving the model and its performance.

10. defects resulting from the execution of modifications not in accordance with the recommendations contained in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.

11. defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
