The ELEGOO Mercury XS is the ideal solution for 3D printing, allowing you to easily wash and cure resin models. With this kit, you can achieve a perfect finish on your models, eliminating resin residue and ensuring optimal results. The product was designed with ease of use and safety in mind, making it fun and intuitive to use.

Washing and drying in a single process

The ELEGOO Mercury XS 3D printer offers two modules: a washing station and a curing station, allowing for complete finishing of 3D models. The washing module effectively removes resin residue, ensuring the model is clean and ready for curing. The curing module uses UV light to permanently harden and strengthen the print structure. With this kit, the entire post-production process will become easier and faster, without the need to purchase two separate devices.

Even healing

The curing station features adjustable L-shaped lights and a 360° rotating platform to ensure complete UV coverage on every side of the model. Additionally, four LEDs positioned under the platform and a Fresnel lens emit light with a fixed wavelength of 405nm, ensuring uniform curing of even the most complex models.

Precision in hard-to-reach areas

The kit also includes a handy UV lamp for curing the interior and hidden corners of the model, particularly useful for prints with complex shapes. The lamp is also ideal for models that need to be cured after assembly.

Efficient cleaning of large models

The ELEGOO Mercury XS offers a generous 7,000 ml capacity in a sealed wash tank, allowing you to easily clean both large models and small printed parts simultaneously. A large work area saves time and increases cleaning efficiency, which is especially important when working on large projects. For the Saturn 4 and Jupiter series, the build platform must be removed before cleaning. For other models, refer to the maximum cleaning height and check if the platform needs to be removed.

UV protection and automatic shut-off

The curing station's clear cover blocks up to 99.91% of UV rays, speeding up the curing process while protecting the operator's eyesight. Additionally, a safety system automatically turns off the UV lamp when the cover is removed, minimizing the risk of UV exposure.

Simple operation: everything under control.

An intuitive interface with a simple dial and button allows for easy use of both the washing and curing functions. The operating time is adjustable up to 30 minutes to suit the needs of each model. Simply hold the dial for 3 seconds to start the device and quickly proceed with the treatment.
