Description
FNIRSI DPS150 Programmable DC Laboratory Power Supply
The FNIRSI DPS150 is a compact, programmable laboratory power supply that combines high functionality with a portable design. The device offers voltage and current regulation, an easy-to-read IPS (In-Plane Switching) display, numerous protections, and the ability to be powered by a variety of sources, from traditional DC power supplies to power banks with Power Delivery. Thanks to its multiple operating modes and support for computer control, it is suitable for both service and hobbyist and educational applications.

Efficient cooling and stable operation
The power supply uses high thermal conductivity silicon with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 3.0 W/mK, ensuring efficient heat dissipation from the power components. The aluminum chassis acts as a passive heatsink to maintain stable performance even under prolonged operation and high load. The FNIRSI DPS150 features a comprehensive set of protections to safeguard both the power supply and connected devices. It offers protection against overvoltage (OVP), overload (OCP), short circuit (SCP), overheating (OTP), and reverse input/output voltage.

Practical operation
The built-in 2.8-inch IPS color display offers high resolution (320x240 pixels) and 90° rotation for convenient use. The display shows real-time voltage, current, power, temperature, and energy meters. Depending on your preference, you can switch between graphical and traditional numeric display modes. The DPS150 allows you to save up to 6 preset voltage and current profiles. This allows you to instantly switch between operating modes, significantly speeding up the testing of multiple circuits or components.

High precision
The power supply features very low noise, with ripple less than 20 mV. This is essential when powering audio circuits, microprocessors, or sensitive sensors. Thanks to digital regulation and the integrated control system, voltage and current parameters are very stable and precise.

Universal connection and various power supply methods
The power supply outputs support cables with 4 mm banana plugs, U-shaped spade terminals, and traditional copper wire. Robust metal screw connectors ensure secure contact and low transition resistance, resulting in precision and operational reliability. The device can be powered either by a traditional 5-32 V DC power supply or via a USB-C connector with PD (Power Delivery, USB-C fast charging technology) or QC (Quick Charge, a fast charging standard that significantly reduces battery charging times without compromising battery life), such as from a power bank or laptop charger. This allows the DPS150 to be used even without a power outlet, expanding its use in service or field environments.
