The xTool P3 80W is a high-end laser engraving machine that combines the power of an 80-watt CO2 laser with intelligent features to simplify your work. With a working area of 915 x 458 mm and speeds of up to 1,200 mm/s, the device achieves excellent results for both creative work and serial production, while ensuring maximum user safety. Automation with ACS™: Effortless precision

The Automated Creation System™ (ACS) solution integrates vision, distance measurement, and motion control into a single, seamless process. Automatic positioning, LiDAR distance measurement, and autofocus eliminate the need for manual adjustments, minimizing project preparation and ensuring the perfect focus point for any material.

Two built-in cameras: you'll see every detail

Two integrated camera modules work seamlessly together. The 16MP SkyView panoramic camera allows you to precisely frame large projects, while the macro camera offers incredible precision for jewelry or small components. Additionally, the Smart Nesting system automatically analyzes materials and breaks down designs, achieving a plastic utilization rate of up to 98.7%, and the Variable Batch Fill feature allows for batch engraving with variable data, ideal for customized production.

LiDAR and AutoLift base: perfect results.

The integrated LiDAR system instantly measures distance to adjust autofocus with high precision. The AutoLift base also allows you to work with materials up to approximately 220 mm high, positioning them at an optimal level without any operator intervention. The result? Perfect cuts regardless of material thickness!

EasySet™ 2.0 – intelligent material recognition

The advanced EasySet™ 2.0 system automatically scans QR codes on materials, selecting the ideal power and speed settings. This prevents setup errors and ensures consistent quality with every production run.

Automate large projects

Thanks to its intelligent feeder (sold separately), the xTool P3 easily handles long sheets and large objects, making it ideal for an efficient production system. It requires only one installation and its guides connect easily in seconds, saving space and work time.

Optional rotating attachment with MagSwap™ system

Also available separately is the RA3 rotary attachment, which allows for precise engraving of cylindrical, spherical, and irregular objects. Installation is lightning-fast: the innovative MagSwap™ system allows you to swap it in seconds, without the need for additional tools. This allows you to quickly change designs and conveniently engrave ornaments, mugs, and more! The T-handle ensures a stable grip for workpieces up to 130 mm in diameter, while 360° LiDAR Mapping™ technology creates a realistic 3D preview before you begin.

Two technologies, unlimited possibilities

The xTool P3 can process over 300 types of materials by combining two technologies: an 80W CO2 laser for cutting wood, acrylic, glass, leather, and fabric, and an optional 5W IR module (sold separately) for engraving aluminum, copper, brass, or plastic. Interchangeable lenses with focal lengths of 1.5", 2.0", and 2.5" are also available, allowing you to adapt the beam to any need, from cutting fine details to deep engraving (the kit includes the M – 2.0" lens, other lenses are available for purchase separately).

Complete job control and safety

The engraving machine is equipped with a built-in fire protection system and eight flame sensors, a temperature sensor, and side cameras that constantly monitor the chamber interior to ensure safe operation. A 0.6L CO2 cylinder is also available for purchase separately, automatically extinguishing any fire in less than a second. The device also features an emergency stop function, a locking mechanism, and safety devices for the open lid and waste container. All this will allow you to work with complete peace of mind!

Clean air with SafetyPro™ AP2 Max

In a separate listing, you'll also find the powerful AP2 Max air purifier. Its 7-layer filtration system with SuperCyclone technology removes smoke, odors, and formaldehyde directly at the source. With a capacity of 700 m³/h, the unit ensures a safe and comfortable working environment in any workshop.

Live viewing – real-time control

The P3 model allows the user to observe the engraving process from two perspectives: side and front. This allows you to view every stage of the work without having to open the lid, ensuring maximum safety and precision.
