SUNSUN HW-703A External Filter
The SUNSUN HW-703A is a high-performance external filter designed for aquariums with a capacity of up to 600 liters, providing a water flow rate of 1,400 l/h. Its three-stage filtration system, 30 W power rating, and compatibility with both freshwater and saltwater aquariums make it highly effective at keeping the water clean and healthy. Thanks to its compact dimensions of 258 x 258 x 440 mm, 360° rotatable hose connections, and quiet operation, the filter can be conveniently installed under or next to the aquarium.
Three-stage filtration system for better water quality
The filter uses three stages of water purification: mechanical, biological, and chemical filtration. The first stage traps larger contaminants using sponges and filter fleece, thereby reducing the amount of suspended particles circulating in the aquarium. An additional pre-filter effectively traps coarser debris and helps extend the service life of the other filter media. Filter media are not included in the set; they must be purchased separately.
Convenient operation and easy maintenance
The HW-703A model is equipped with a manual pump for quickly filling the system before startup. A multifunctional valve with a quick-connect fitting allows you to disconnect the hoses without having to drain them, which significantly simplifies cleaning and servicing the unit. Additionally, the valve allows you to regulate water flow and helps protect the system from uncontrolled leaks.
Quiet Operation and Flexible Installation
The ceramic pump shaft and rubber vibration-damping feet help reduce noise during filter operation. The 360° rotatable hose connectors make it easy to route the system even in confined spaces, and the 1.8 m hose length provides greater installation flexibility. Since it can be used with both freshwater and saltwater, the filter is suitable for various types of aquariums.
