DJI Care Refresh Service Protection

DJI Care Refresh offers protection for your device, guaranteeing you two replacements for damaged equipment within one year for a small additional fee. Coverage includes damage resulting from impacts or water contact, among other things. The damaged equipment will be replaced with a new or equivalent unit. DJI Care Refresh can be activated within 30 days of device activation (first use). You also have the option to extend the protection by purchasing an additional annual plan (up to two times, for a total of 3 years). Furthermore, the official manufacturer's warranty remains valid during the service period.

DJI Zenmuse X7

For DJI Zenmuse series devices, the cost of the first replacement under the DJI Care Refresh program is of 109 euros, while for the second it is 169 euros .*

*If reporting directly to the manufacturer, the replacement cost may vary based on the current exchange rate.

How to activate DJI Care Refresh

1. Activate the code at: https://support.dji.com/care/active .

2. During the activation process, provide the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (found directly on the product) and the details of the person performing the activation (name, email address).

3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive an email confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation. Your equipment is now safe!

What to do in case of an accident

1. The user reports a malfunction and sends the equipment to the German DJI Service Center with a note indicating entitlement to the DJI Care Refresh service.

2. The user receives a repair quote and decides whether to proceed with a paid repair/replacement or use DJI Care Refresh.

3. By choosing the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays for the replacement and receives a different unit.

4. The replaced product will be delivered to the user with free and priority shipping.

DJI Care Refresh does not cover

1) Lost or partially lost equipment.

2) Stolen or abandoned products.

3) Additional accessories.

4) Deliberate loss of the product.

5) Damage to the casing that does not affect the functioning of the product.

6) Direct or indirect damages caused by force majeure.

7) Defects that occur outside the DJI Care Refresh period.

8) Additional costs related to model updates or performance improvements.

9) Defects resulting from modifications not in accordance with the recommendations in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.

10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.

Extension possibility*

Users also have the option to extend protection up to 3 years. To do so, simply purchase an additional annual plan.

• If you have an annual DJI Care Refresh plan, you can extend your protection twice by purchasing 2 additional annual plans: annual plan + annual plan + annual plan .
• If you have a two-year plan, you can extend your protection once by purchasing an additional annual plan: two-year plan + annual plan .

Note: You cannot extend your protection by purchasing an additional 2-year plan.

To obtain the extension of protection, certain conditions must be met:

• Purchase of DJI Care Refresh service in one of the following variants: DJI Care Refresh Annual Plan / DJI Care Refresh Biennial Plan / DJI Care Refresh and DJI Care Refresh+ Annual Plan / DJI Care Refresh Annual Plan and Additional Annual Plan (renewal).
• The validity period of the DJI Care Refresh service you purchased has not expired or will expire within 15 days.
