DJI Care Refresh is a comprehensive 24-month insurance policy offered by DJI on its new products, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your device while using it. In the event of damage, you'll receive a new or perfectly working device for a reasonable fee (PLN 209 for the first replacement, PLN 249 for the second, PLN 319 for the third, and PLN 769 for the Flyaway service).

How it works

After purchasing the DJI Care Refresh card, the user logs into the website DJI and activate the insurance by entering the electronic code and serial number of the product you wish to apply coverage to. It's important to note that activation must occur no later than 48 hours after product activation.

When accidents happen

1. The user reports the defect and sends the model to the German DJI Service Center with a note indicating that the DJI Care Refresh service has been activated.
2. The user receives a repair estimate and, based on this, decides whether to carry out the repair/replacement for a fee or via DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays a fee of PLN 209 for the first replacement, PLN 249 for the second, PLN 319 for the third, or PLN 769 for the Flyaway service and receives a new product or one with no signs of use.
4. The replaced product will be delivered to the user with free priority shipping.

Disclaimers

DJI Care Refresh does not cover:
1) Lost or partially lost camera, gimbal, or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in unsuitable weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Damage to the casing that does not affect the functioning of the product.
7) Direct or indirect damages caused by force majeure events.
8) Defects that occur outside the DJI Care Refresh period.
9) Additional costs related to updating the model and improving its performance.
10) Malfunctions resulting from making modifications that do not comply with the recommendations contained in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
